Not another sales training.

We don’t replace your methodology. Your team practises the real conversations from their own live deals, building the confidence to use the skills you’ve already invested in.

Choose your starting point

Three ways to work together.

Each option shows who it's for, what you get and what changes, so you can see the right fit at a glance.

Start here

High-Stakes Deals Workshop

A tailored half or full day built around the one commercial challenge your team is facing right now. The easiest way to start.

Format
Half or full day · in person or remote
Best for
One team, one urgent challenge

What you get

  • Discovery call to agree the challenge and what better looks like
  • We dig into your live deals to find where revenue is leaking
  • Pre-session behaviour baseline
  • Scenarios and role-play built from your own pipeline, with real-time feedback
  • Practical tools and an individual action plan for everyone
  • Outcomes summary for leaders, plus a behaviour check a few weeks later

What changes

Your team leaves with actions to use on live deals that week, and you see which behaviours have shifted.

Make it stick

Quarterly Cohort Series

The same cohort through the year, tackling a new high-stakes moment each quarter, so new behaviours are applied, repeated and show up in your results.

Format
Quarterly sessions over 12 months
Best for
Lasting, measured change

What you get

  • Goals agreed with leadership up front
  • Behaviour and results baseline before the first session
  • Four quarterly sessions, e.g. pricing conviction, questioning technique, executive presence, procurement
  • Live-deal challenges between sessions
  • Manager support to reinforce it day to day
  • Quarterly progress report, fixed price and clear scope

What changes

Behaviour that sticks, with progress measured every quarter and tracked against your commercial results.

For leaders

1:1 Leadership Coaching

For sales leaders and emerging talent who carry the biggest conversations, from C‑suite influence to stepping into leadership.

Format
1:1 · in person or remote
Best for
Sales leaders and emerging talent

What you get

  • Goals agreed with the individual and, where useful, their manager
  • Focused sessions built around their real deals and stakeholders
  • Practical actions to use between sessions
  • Regular progress reviews as their role and deals evolve
  • Standalone or alongside a team programme

What changes

The confidence and presence to lead the conversations that matter most, authentically and on their own terms.

Not sure which fits? Most teams start with a workshop on their biggest revenue leak, then move to the quarterly series to make it stick. We'll work out the right option together on a 20-minute call.

How we measure it

Behaviour first. Then the numbers.

We agree what better looks like before we start, set a baseline, then report what actually changed.

  1. 01

    Before and after

    Skills in the moment

Reps and managers rate performance in specific situations, such as holding price, handling procurement or presenting to the C‑suite.

    ExampleBeforeAfter

    • Holding price
    • Handling procurement
    • C‑suite presence
  2. 02

    Four to eight weeks later

    Behaviour on live deals

Managers report whether the new behaviours are showing up in real customer conversations.

    Manager deal check

    • Asked for something in return
    • Spoke to the person who signs
    • Next step agreed, with a date
  3. 03

    Over the quarter

    Commercial results

Where data allows, we track win rate, average deal size, discounting and forecast accuracy alongside your team.

    What we track

    Win rate↑
    Deal size↑
    Discounting↓
    Forecast accuracy↑

No promises of overnight transformation. Practical skills, measured progress and results you can show your leadership team.

How to work with me

From first call to measured change.

The same four simple steps, whichever option you choose.

  1. 01

    20 minutes

    Book a call

Tell me about your team, where deals are leaking and the methodology you already use.

  2. 02

    Within 2 working days

    Receive a clear proposal

The option that fits, the scope, the format and a fixed price. No surprises.

  3. 03

    In person or remote

    Run the workshop(s)

Built from your live deals and the NAME framework. Your team doesn’t just hear it, they practise it with real-time feedback.

  4. 04

    4–8 weeks later

    Results check-in

We compare against the baseline, check behaviour on live deals and review the numbers where the data allows.

Inside every session

The NAME framework.

A simple way to handle any high-stakes moment, used on top of the methodology your team already has.

  1. N

    Notice

Spot the moment as it happens: the early discount request, the procurement push, the forecast call.

    “This is a pricing moment.”

  2. A

    Ask

Ask the question you’d rather avoid, before reacting or giving anything away.

“What do you mean by too expensive?”

  3. M

    Move

Make the confident move: trade instead of give, hold the price, get the person who signs in the room.

“If we move on price, we’d need a longer term.”

  4. E

    Evidence

Confirm it with the buyer and track it, so the change shows up in your numbers.

“So we’re agreed on the next step, the date and who signs.”

Questions buyers ask first

Before you commit.

Is this sales training?

No. We don't replace your methodology. Whether your team uses MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler or something in-house, the NAME framework (Notice, Ask, Move, Evidence) helps them actually use it in the moments that decide the deal.

Which option should we start with?

Most teams start with a workshop on their biggest revenue leak. If you want the behaviour to stick and show in your numbers, the quarterly cohort series is where that happens. 1:1 coaching suits leaders who carry the biggest conversations, on its own or alongside a team programme.

How do you measure results?

We set a baseline before we start, track behaviour on live deals, and look at commercial indicators such as win rate, deal size, discounting and forecast accuracy where the data allows.

Can you guarantee revenue growth?

No one honestly can. Results also depend on your product, pricing and processes. What we can do is show you measurable change in behaviour and the commercial indicators that follow.

What does it cost?

Every engagement has a fixed price agreed up front. The cohort series has a clear scope; workshops depend on format and team size. We'll scope it on a 20-minute call and give you a clear figure.

Does it work remotely?

Yes, with cameras on and small breakout groups for practice.

Let's talk about your team

Where is your team leaving revenue on the table?

Twenty minutes to talk through your sales team, where deals are leaking and whether a workshop, cohort series or 1:1 coaching fits.
